SHIPPING POLICY

Because we make all of our treats to order and in small batches, most orders are shipped within 2 business days after the order is placed via USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Standard shipping typically takes 1–3 business days once the order has shipped.

On rare occasions, a specific product may not be immediately available at the time your order is placed. If that happens, we may need an additional 3–5 business days to freshly prepare the treats before shipping. We’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we prioritize quality and freshness.

While we can’t guarantee delivery timelines or arrival dates for any shipping method, we will always work to ship your order in a timely manner. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

All orders below $100.00 will be charged a shipping fee of $9.99.

Free Shipping: is applicable only for orders of $100 or more.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with our product, you may return the unused portion within 14 days of purchase (in its original package) to the original place of purchase for your option of either a refund of the purchase price or a replacement of the same DOGDELI product. Returns are limited to the original purchaser and only one per customer.
